This three-days program
will give you a glimpse

the countryside life and its agriculture.

What you can expect with this program:
Tuesday
3:00-6:00 pm | Arrive in Valledolmo and settle into your room (1)
7:00 pm | Aperitivo and welcome dinner paired with renowned Sicilian wine

(1) Rooms are not on-site; they are located in Valledolmo, in an independent house not owned by our company.
Wednesday
8:30 am | Leave to go and see a local shepherd for the ricotta making followed by a tasting of their fresh and seasoned cheeses
10:30 am | Come back to Valledolmo for a walk in the historical centre followed by a relaxing lunch in the countryside
5:30 pm | Cooking lesson followed by dinner.
Thursday
9:00 am | Breakfast
10:30 am | Cooking lesson with our chef followed by lunch
3:00 pm | Goodbyes and departure from Valledolmo
